Services Offered & Page Structure - Growitate provides done-for-you website design and development services based on the plan selected by the client. - All projects follow a fixed-scope delivery model, where scope, features, pages, and structure are finalized before work begins. Any request outside the agreed scope is treated as an add-on service. - **Section Limit Per Page:** Each webpage in our standard packages includes a maximum of four (4) content sections. Any extra section added beyond this 4-section limit must be approved by the sales department, or the package will be upgraded based on the additional design and development efforts required. ### 2. Pricing & Payments - All prices are one-time charges, unless explicitly stated. - Partial payment or deposit is sufficient to initiate the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion/delivery. - Add-on services are charged separately and executed only after client confirmation. - Affordable pricing is maintained by strictly following scope, revision, and workflow limits. ### 3. Scope Limitations & Modifications The following are not included in standard plan scope: - Adding more than four (4) sections on any single webpage. - Adding new pages after layout approval. - Changing the overall design direction after work begins. - New features or integrations not listed in the agreed plan. - Major content rewrites after approval. - Competitor-style redesign requests. - If additional sections, extra pages, or custom layouts are requested during or after the initial build, they must be approved by the sales department, and the project package will be upgraded as per design efforts. ### 4. Content, Assets & Client Responsibility - Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, logos, and branding materials. - If specific assets (such as images, videos, or logos) are not provided by the client, Growitate will utilize free-use stock images, videos, and open-source assets from the internet. - Once content and layout are approved, further changes are treated as scope modifications or add-ons. - Growitate is not responsible for errors, legal issues, or compliance related to client-provided content. ### 5. Data Security & Confidentiality - Client data is used only for project execution. - Shared credentials and files are handled securely. - Client data is never sold or shared without consent. - After project handover, clients are responsible for managing and securing their own credentials and data. ### 6. Hosting, Domain & Third-Party Services - Domains and hosting services are not sold as standalone products; Growitate can facilitate purchase through partnered providers or external third parties. - **Mandatory Hosting Purchase Post-Draft:** Once the initial website draft or concept is provided, the hosting server must be purchased immediately through a third-party provider (or via partnered providers). Because Growitate operates on a highly affordable, low-budget pricing model, external server infrastructure is not subsidized; hosting must be acquired immediately after draft delivery so development and deployment proceed smoothly. - Websites hosted through partnered/recommended providers receive ongoing technical support and maintenance handling. - External third-party hosting must be compatible with modern JavaScript / Node.js / React runtimes. - Growitate is not responsible for downtime, data loss, configuration errors, compatibility failures, or security issues from unapproved external hosting. - Listed package prices do not include domain registration and hosting costs. ### 7. Delivery Timelines & Deployment - Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback, immediate hosting setup post-draft, and scope clarity. - Delays caused by late responses, delayed hosting setup, or requirement changes are not the responsibility of Growitate. ### 8. Add-On Services & Package Upgrades - Optional services (additional sections beyond 4 per page, extra layouts, new pages, custom features, urgent delivery) must be approved through sales and upgraded accordingly. ### 9. Product Pricing & Commercial Responsibility - Growitate does not manage or control product or service pricing displayed on client websites. - All pricing, offers, taxes, and product details are the sole responsibility of the client. - Growitate is not liable for incorrect pricing, disputes, or business losses arising from displayed information. ### 10. Payments, Commissions & Transactions - Growitate does not collect commissions from client product sales unless explicitly agreed in writing. - Payment gateways and transaction processing are handled by third-party services. Growitate is not responsible for gateway downtime, payment failures, chargebacks, or refund disputes. ### 11. E-Commerce & Order Handling Disclaimer - For e-commerce websites, order processing, delivery, returns, refunds, customer support, and legal compliance (GST, invoices, consumer protection laws) are the client's sole responsibility. ### 12. No Sales or Revenue Guarantee - Growitate does not guarantee sales, leads, traffic, conversions, or revenue growth. Website performance depends on market conditions, pricing, marketing, and business execution by the client. ### 13. Client Communication & Conduct - Growitate maintains a professional and respectful work environment. - Harassment, abusive language, threats, intimidation, or unprofessional conduct is strictly not tolerated and grounds for immediate project termination without refund. ### 14. Refund Policy - All payments are one-time and non-refundable once work has commenced. - After the initial payment has been made and a website draft/preview has been provided by Growitate, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. - Pricing reflects the commitment of time, effort, and engineering resources invested from the moment work begins. - No refunds for completed or partially completed projects or client-initiated cancellations. ### 15. Project Inactivity & Resumption (Unresponsive Client Policy) - If a client makes the initial payment but becomes unresponsive or does not respond for more than two (2) days, or pauses the project, the project will be marked as inactive. - Any request to resume the website or services at a later stage will be treated as a new engagement, and pricing may vary based on current rates and scope. ### 16. Ownership & Portfolio Usage - Full website code and design ownership is transferred to the client after full payment. Zero monthly recurring platform fees. - Growitate may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing. ### 17. Limitation of Liability - Growitate is not liable for business or revenue losses, SEO rankings, legal compliance of client content, or third-party service failures. Growitate provides technical and design services only. ### 18. Payment Gateway Setup & Support Services Terms - **Service Scope:** Growitate provides technical setup, account creation guidance, API/webhook configuration, sandbox testing, and merchant support liaison for third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, Stripe, PayPal, PayU, Instamojo) at a one-time fee of ₹1,499. - **Client KYC & Legal Compliance:** Clients are strictly responsible for providing legitimate business identification documents, PAN, Aadhaar, Bank Details / Cancelled Cheque, GST, MSME, or Trade Licenses as mandated by RBI and payment aggregators. - **No-Forgery & No-Bypass Policy:** If a client cannot provide the required certificates or legal proofs demanded by the payment gateway, Growitate cannot and will not forge, create, or bypass those regulatory documents. - **Third-Party Approval Discretion:** Merchant account approval and risk underwriting are at the sole discretion of the chosen third-party payment aggregator. - **Gateway Charges:** Per-transaction payment processing fees (typically 1.9%–2.5% + GST) are billed directly by the third-party payment aggregator. - **Refund Policy:** The ₹1,499 fee is non-refundable once technical guidance and engineering setup have commenced. ### 19.
