1. Services Offered & Page Structure
Growitate provides done-for-you website design and development services based on the plan selected by the client.
All projects follow a fixed-scope delivery model, where scope, features, pages, and structure are finalized before work begins. Any request outside the agreed scope is treated as an add-on service.
Section Limit Per Page: Each webpage in our standard packages includes a maximum of four (4) content sections. Any extra section added beyond this 4-section limit must be approved by the sales department, or the package will be upgraded based on additional design and development efforts.
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are one-time charges, unless explicitly stated.
- Partial payment or deposit is sufficient to initiate the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion/delivery.
- Add-on services are charged separately and executed only after client confirmation.
3. Scope Limitations & Modifications
Standard plans exclude adding more than 4 sections per page, extra pages after layout approval, changing design direction after kickoff, and custom feature additions.
4. Content, Assets & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, logos, and branding materials. If assets are not provided, Growitate utilizes free-use stock and open-source assets.
5. Data Security & Confidentiality
Client data and credentials are kept strictly confidential and never sold or shared.
6. Hosting, Domain & Third-Party Services
Mandatory Hosting Purchase Post-Draft: Once the initial website draft or concept is provided, the hosting server must be purchased immediately through a third-party provider (or via our partnered providers). External hosting must be compatible with Node.js/React runtimes.
7. Delivery Timelines & Deployment
Delivery timelines depend on timely feedback and prompt hosting server access.
8. Add-On Services & Package Upgrades
Additional sections, pages, or features require sales upgrade approval.
9. Product Pricing & Commercial Responsibility
Client is solely responsible for e-commerce product pricing, offers, and taxes.
10. Payments, Commissions & Transactions
Payment gateways are third-party services. Growitate charges no sales commissions.
11. E-Commerce & Order Handling Disclaimer
Order processing, fulfillment, returns, and GST are client responsibilities.
12. No Sales or Revenue Guarantee
Growitate does not guarantee sales, traffic, leads, or conversions.
13. Client Communication & Conduct
Professional conduct is required. Harassment or abuse results in immediate termination without refund.
14. Refund Policy
All payments are one-time and non-refundable once work commences. After the initial payment has been made and a website draft/preview has been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
15. Project Inactivity & Resumption (Unresponsive Client Policy)
If a client makes the initial payment but becomes unresponsive or does not respond for more than two (2) days, or pauses the project, the project will be marked as inactive. Any request to resume at a later stage will be treated as a new engagement with revised pricing.
16. Ownership & Portfolio Usage
100% full website source code ownership is transferred to the client upon full payment. Zero monthly recurring platform fees.
17. Limitation of Liability
Growitate provides technical services only and is not liable for indirect business losses or third-party outages.
18. Updates to Terms
Growitate may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
