1. Services Offered & Page Structure
Growitate provides done-for-you website design and development services based on the plan selected by the client.
All projects follow a fixed-scope delivery model, where scope, features, pages, and structure are finalized before work begins. Any request outside the agreed scope is treated as an add-on service.
Section Limit Per Page: Each webpage in our standard packages includes a maximum of four (4) content sections. Any extra section added beyond this 4-section limit must be approved by the sales department, or the package will be upgraded based on additional design and development efforts.
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are one-time charges, unless explicitly stated.
- Partial payment or deposit is sufficient to initiate the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion/delivery.
- Domain Go-Live Condition: The website will only go live on the actual domain name once the website payment has been made in full. Staging or preview links may be used during development and review, but live production domain connection and launch strictly require full payment settlement.
- Add-on services are charged separately and executed only after client confirmation.
3. Scope Limitations & Modifications
Standard plans exclude adding more than 4 sections per page, direct video uploads/native video hosting in base packages (external YouTube/Vimeo embeds supported; direct video storage requires an upgrade), extra pages after layout approval, changing design direction after kickoff, and custom feature additions.
4. Content, Assets & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, logos, and branding materials. Direct video file uploads are not supported in base packages (embeds only). If assets are not provided, Growitate utilizes free-use stock and open-source assets.
5. Data Security & Confidentiality
Client data and credentials are kept strictly confidential and never sold or shared.
6. Hosting, Domain & Third-Party Services
Domain Go-Live Policy (Full Payment Required): The website will only go live on the actual domain name once the website payment has been made in full. DNS pointing, domain linking, and live production deployment on the custom domain will occur only after all outstanding project payments are completely cleared.
Mandatory Hosting Purchase Post-Draft & Hosting Cost (₹2,000): Once the initial website draft or concept is provided, the hosting server must be purchased immediately. Hosting costs ₹2,000 (charged separately from base packages). External hosting must be compatible with Node.js/React runtimes.
Project Timeline & Hosting Payment Validity: A defined development timeline is set for every project. The website development and client review must be completed within this agreed timeline. If development is not completed within that timeline due to client delays, lack of feedback, or stalled approvals, the initial payment made for hosting will not be considered or credited, and a fresh hosting fee will be required to proceed.
7. Delivery Timelines & Development Window
A specific timeline is established for every project upon kickoff, and development has to be completed within that designated timeline. If project development is not completed within the set timeline due to client delays or inaction, the initial payment made for hosting will not be considered or applied, requiring a new hosting payment to reactivate development.
8. Add-On Services & Package Upgrades
Additional sections, pages, or features require sales upgrade approval.
9. Product Pricing & Commercial Responsibility
Client is solely responsible for e-commerce product pricing, offers, and taxes.
10. Payments, Commissions & Transactions
Payment gateways are third-party services. Growitate charges no sales commissions.
11. E-Commerce & Order Handling Disclaimer
Order processing, fulfillment, returns, and GST are client responsibilities.
12. No Sales or Revenue Guarantee
Growitate does not guarantee sales, traffic, leads, or conversions.
13. Client Communication & Conduct
Professional conduct is required. Harassment or abuse results in immediate termination without refund.
14. Refund Policy
All payments are one-time and non-refundable once work commences. After the initial payment has been made and a website draft/preview has been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
15. Project Inactivity & Resumption (Unresponsive Client Policy)
If a client makes the initial payment but becomes unresponsive or does not respond for more than two (2) days, pauses the project, or fails to complete development within the designated timeline, the project will be marked as inactive. In such cases, the initial payment made for hosting will not be considered, and any request to resume at a later stage will be treated as a new engagement with revised pricing, including re-purchasing hosting.
16. Ownership, Portfolio & Brand Tagging
100% full website source code ownership is transferred to the client upon full payment. The website will only go live on the actual domain name once the website payment has been made in full. Zero monthly recurring platform fees. Growitate will include "Built by Growitate" in the footer of every website that we develop as a standard part of our brand tagging and portfolio attribution. Growitate may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
17. Limitation of Liability
Growitate provides technical services only and is not liable for indirect business losses or third-party outages.

Growitate may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
